1. Data Controller

The Data Controller is the Local Organizing Committee of ADM2025, based at the University of Genoa, Via all'Opera Pia 15a.

We collect personal data such as name, email address, and scientific affiliation via email communications with users interested in the event or the ConfTool platform.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

• To respond to inquiries sent by email
• To manage participation in the conference

This site may contain links to external platforms such as ConfTool. Please refer to their respective privacy policies. This site also use third-party services that require the transmission of some personal data (e.g., IP address) to external servers.

In particular, we use:

• Leaflet.js for interactive maps, which loads scripts from unpkg.com. If maps use external tile providers (e.g., OpenStreetMap), those services may collect usage data.
• Google Fonts, which loads font files from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, potentially transferring personal data (such as IP addresses) to servers in the United States.
